Changes made to Endress+Hauser executive board

A change is occurring within the executive board of the Endress+Hauser Group. Chief Sales Officer Nikolaus Krüger is retiring at the age of 63 at the end of the year. He will be succeeded effective January 1, 2023, by 54-year-old Laurent Mulley, to date the managing director of Endress+Hauser France.

“Nikolaus Krüger (above right) has shaped our sales and service organization over a long period of time and as a result contributed significantly to Endress+Hauser’s market success,” says Matthias Altendorf, CEO of the Group.

“We thank him for his loyalty and commitment.”

Krüger, a trained industrial mechanic, started his career at Endress+Hauser Germany in 1988. While working, he acquired several important skills in marketing and sales and successfully completed management trainings in Germany and abroad.

He moved to the holding company in Reinach in 1999 and assumed responsibility for marketing. He has been a member of the executive board responsible for the worldwide sales and service organization since 2008.

Laurent Mulley (above left) will assume responsibility for the sales and service organization and its more than 6,000 employees around the world effective January 2023. In this role he reports to Chief Operating Officer Dr. Andreas Mayr.

“Laurent Mulley possesses a broad professional background, a strong sales orientation and is extremely familiar with the world of Endress+Hauser,” says Mayr.

“As Chief Sales Officer he will provide new impulses while ensuring continuity.”

Mulley holds degrees in physics, as well as marketing and sales. He joined Endress+Hauser France in 2012 and took over as managing director in 2016 where he developed the sales centre.
