CP Rail to increase shipment prices 3 to 4 percent in the next two years

The cost of doing business just got a little higher, as Canadian Pacific Railway Ltd. announced on Thursday it expects shipment prices to rise three to four per cent in the next eighteen to twenty four months.
“As I look at it for next 18-24 months purely from a demand perspective, it (pricing) looks strong,” Chief Marketing Officer, John Brooks said on a conference call.
