Excellence in Manufacturing Consortium (EMC) has named Raf Khan as Director, Manufacturing Initiatives, who will be responsible for the delivery of manufacturing projects and programs.
Khan will be the bridge between EMC’s senior management team, and project and program operational staff, Hewill take a leadership role to ensure EMC’s initiatives are addressing industry needs, and are aligned with and driven by EMC’s mission and strategic plan.
Khan has over 25 years of project management, and marketing and communications experience. He has held positions such as Manager of Talent Acquisition with NAV CANADA, and Manager of Corporate Recruitment Strategy with Canada Post.
Career highlights include building national recruitment strategies, modernizing corporate recruitment and section processes for management employees, employment branding, recruitment marketing, employee on-boarding, diversity and student employment programs as well as social media.
