Richard Winston Blue Springs, MO-based Fike Corporation has appointed Justin Iske, Michael Lehman and Richard Winston to its executive team. Iske, vice president of finance and treasurer, is responsible for global finance at Fike. He serves as treasurer and leads the company’s accounting, tax compliance and planning, treasury, retirement plans and financial planning and analysis, and supports corporate development for Fike and its subsidiaries.
Michael Lehman
Lehman, executive vice president and chief information officer, is responsible for managing global infrastructure, leading enterprise applications and architecture teams, and aligning infrastructure, application strategies and operations with Fike’s business objectives.
Winston, executive vice president, general counsel and secretary, is responsible for global legal, compliance and enterprise risk at Fike Corporation. He manages internal and outside counsel, litigation, international trade, mergers and acquisitions, employment matters and intellectual property including trademarks, patents and licensing for Fike and its subsidiaries.
Justin Iske
Founded in 1945, with headquarters located in the Kansas City area, Fike is a specialist in explosion protection, pressure relief, pressure activation and fire alarm and suppression solutions.
