Nanoprecise Sci Corp’s MachineDoctor has won the gold award in the “Asset Management Category” of Plant Engineering Magazine’s Product of the Year program 2021.
MachineDoctor is an industrial IoT hardware product. The company received this award for this product because of its ability to capture information about the health and performance in a wireless capacity and in real-time while using cellular IoT technology.
“We are honoured and gratified to be the recipients of this esteemed award that is recognized throughout the industry. It is a testament to our long-standing commitment towards empowering modern industrial professionals with the right data at the right time,”  said Sunil Vedula, CEO at Nanoprecise Sci Corp in a statement.
The Nanoprecise solution won the Gold Award in recognition of the company’s demonstrated commitment toward its customers.
Nanoprecise’s hardware allows round-the-clock monitoring of machines and equipment sets without full-time connectivity. It works on wifi or cellular networks to connect the machines to the internet. Moreover, edge analytics allows for anomaly detection right on the device without full-time connectivity.
The MachineDoctor can also send real-time data and predict issues before they arise. In various manufacturing operations, these wireless sensors can achieve internet connectivity with its e-sim to help monitor the health of critical assets.
