Mentec Sudbury acquisition transition now finalized by Everest Automation

Everest Automation has completed its acquisition transition of Mentec Sudbury Industrial Equip Ltd. With over 80 sales professionals, in seven locations — Levis, PQ, Sussex, NB, Halifax, Ottawa, Sarnia, ON and now Sudbury in Northern Ontario — Everest has expanded its coverage in Eastern Canada.

The company offers knowledge and experience in mining, pulp and paper, chemical processing, food and beverage, power and utilities, petrochemicals and municipal markets.

ABB will continue to be the Everest signature product line, the company says, that will now also include Process Analytics & Emissions Monitoring (CEMS) and Force Measurement products, in addition to its current instrumentation offering.

Along with the staff at Mentec Sudbury, new owners Marc Cote and Eric Maier, are very excited about this transition and Everest’s plans for future growth in Northern Ontario, the company adds.

The latest acquisition by means that Mentec Sudbury will now operated as Everest Automation.
