Stop me if you’ve heard this one before, but another show has been postponed to a later date due to continuing COVID outbreaks.
While PDAC staff and volunteers have worked tirelessly to deliver the in-person PDAC Convention that the world’s mineral exploration and mining industry anticipates every year in March, those plans have been shelved and new dates set for June.
“Despite our best efforts, we are unable to host the event as planned in March due to the current public health restrictions in Ontario,” organizers released in a statement. “As a result, the PDAC Board of Directors has made the difficult decision to reschedule the convention, maintaining the same format.”
PDAC 2022 will now be hosted in person in Toronto from June 13-15 and online from June 28-29.
“We understand the date changes will create challenges for some. However, it is important that we provide a solution that offers the best chance of success for all stakeholders.”
