Turck Chartwell is now Turck Canada Inc.

Turck has acquired the remaining 50 per cent interest in Turck Chartwell Canada of Markham, ON, and thus is 100 per cent owner of the new subsidiary.

The company name will now be known as Turck Canada Inc. The automation specialist initially acquired the first 50 per cent interest in its long term Canadian sales partner Chartwell Automation in 2014. Mark and Steve Boehmer, the two founders of Chartwell, have signed long-term management contracts. They will continue to lead the company as president and VP sales and marketing.
