Active rig count drops by 10

Canada’s drilling rig count is down 10 active drilling rigs according to data collected by Baker Hughes.

From December 10-17, Alberta rig counts decreased eight to 116 and the Saskatchewan rig counts decreased two to 36.

Oil drilling decreased six to 104 and gas decreased five at 62.
