Saskatchewan pumps up numbers despite decreasing rig count

Canada’s drilling rig count is down one active drilling rigs according to data collected by Baker Hughes for the week ending November 19, 2021.

From one week ago, Alberta rig counts decreased three to 115, while the Saskatchewan rig counts increased 2 to 36.

Oil drilling increased by one to 102, and gas decreased two to 65.
