Compact Fieldbus gateway includes ATEX certification

WAGO’s PFC200 Series of performance-class PLC’s is ATEX certified for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. The PFC200 offers advanced compact, computing power in an easy to use environment for PLC programming and process visualization. Acting as a fieldbus gateway, it communicates between MODBUS TCP/UD/RTU, CAN, PROFIBUS, Smart Grid and RS-232/RS-485, eliminating the need for third-party converters. Additional certifications for the PFC200 include UL508.
