Exair’s Heavy Duty Threaded Line Vac is the company’s most powerful compressed air pipe conveyor. The attachment converts ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system to move more material over longer distances, the company says.
A hardened alloy construction resists wear from abrasive scrap, trim, and other bulk materials.
The threaded version provides the same powerful performance as the company’s Heavy Duty Line Vacs with the added benefit of common threaded attachments.
The standard threading allows easy attachment to common plumbing pipe and fittings, it adds.
Units are said to offer more than 50% higher throughput than standard line vacs, as well as are easily attached to ordinary pipe and fittings that can be found at hardware stores.
Suitable applications include hopper loading, fibre tensioning, material conveying, waste/trim removal, and filling operations.
