Explosion protected remote I/O for hazardous locations

The R. Stahl IS 1 from Alpha Contriols & Instrumentation is very easy to use as it uses an ACPU and Power Module (CPM). According to requirements, several input and output modules are snapped on to the BusRail (in 35 x 15mm DIN rail). The unique power supply concept, PowerBus, developed especially for use in hazardous locations, makes system engineering simple with conventional industrial I/O systems. It is also extremely flexible. The IS 1 can be used for large and small quantities, with the option to install field stations in Division 1 or 2, Zone 1 or 2. Equally feasible is its installation in control rooms.
