Level switches designed for food or chemical industry powders

Dynatrol CL-10 G series level detectors from Automation Products handle precipitated and fine, light weight chemical powders with a bulk density as low as 1 lb/ft³ with great success.

They are said to easily manage food industry products such as milling applications 12X to silk sugar – plus a variety of heavier bulk solids in the density range of 10-15 lb/ft³.

The level detectors can be used in temperatures exceeding 300°F.

All level detectors are calibrated at the factory, do not require any field calibration before installation and are approved for Class I, Group D; Class II, Groups E, F & G; and Class III services.

The level switch is mounted through a ¾-inch half-coupling at the point of desired level detection on hoppers, silos or bins.
