Completely welded as an “All-in-One Design”, the DVH flowmeter from Kobold Instruments Canada measures volumetric flows of liquids and gases. Integrated sensors determine temperature, density, pressure and mass flow. In addition, thermal energy of steam and hot or cooling water applications can be evaluated.

By measuring all physical parameters in one place, the multivariable flowmeter is said to provide reliable and accurate results. With its field configurable electronics, it offers up to three analog outputs, various alarm settings, and a total of up to five separate measurement evaluations, as well as various communication standards.

The instrument has maximum ratings of 4,270 gpm (water), 203,000 SCFM (air) and 380,140 lb/hr (steam).

Technical product specifications include a maximum 750°F process temperature, maximum 1450 PSIA process pressure, process connection up to 8 in. ANSI flange, and is ATEX and IECEx approved.
