Metallic air-operated double diaphragm pump

The Sandpiper U1F Metallic Air-Operated Double Diaphragm Pump from York Fluid Controls has a capacity of up to 40 gpm and solids up to 0.25 in.

Specifications include:

• heads up to 100 psi; displacement/stroke of .11 gal; and,
• intake/discharge pipe size of 1 in. NPT and 1 in. BSPT tapered, both internal.

Operating temperatures vary by material construction, which includes neoprene, nitrile, PTFE, polypropylene and UHMW PE.

PTFE has the widest range from -37º to 104ºC and polypropylene the narrowest from 0º to 82ºC.
