A viscosity probe is inserted into the flowing stream, keeping fresh product in contact with the probe, providing an integral temperature measurement, while being easy to insulate or heat trace, the company says.

Standard construction is of carbon steel flanged in 3 in. or 4 in., ANSI 150 or 300, variations, as well as also being available in SS and sanitary fittings.
