Orange Research, a supplier of PVC filter gauges and switches for water and corrosive liquid applications, has expanded its line. The primary wetted parts are PVC, Teflon for compatibility with water and liquid chemicals.

The Orange Research units, available from Cameron Instruments, are suitable for difficult environments where aluminum, stainless steel or brass is not appropriate such as in water purifications systems. With standard differential pressure ranges from 0 to 10 to 0 to 30 psid, the line can handle the bulk of filter applications. Other ranges are available upon request.

The PVC filter gauge bodies handle up to 200 psi pressures, while metal pressure bodies are optional to handle up to 3000 psi line pressures. The dial diameters, made from ABS plastic, measure up to 3.5 in. Switches alert users of alarm conditions and transmitters are also available upon request.

Accuracy is 2% and 5% F.S. and each unit is calibrated to NIST standards. The units come with 1/8 or 1/4 in. female NPT process ports. Manifold mounting ports are also available. C-clamps are available to mate to panels.
