Hayward SB series simplex basket strainers from Visser Sales are available in sizes 1/2 to 4 in., in PVC, CPVC, GFPP, Eastar, and natural PVDF materials.
Seals are FPM or EPDM with either socket, threaded or flanged end connections. Each strainer comes with a standard plastic basket. Other basket materials available such as SS316, Monel and Hastelloy available upon request.
The simplex basket strainers are NSF/ANSI 61 and 372 Listed, have an ergonomic hand-removable cover, provide in-line or loop connections, designed with external cover threads, and have integral flat mounting bases.
Applications for the basket strainers include water/wastewater treatment, chemical processing, food and beverage, swimming pools & water parks, aquaculture, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper, and landfill service.
