Slip ring device suitable for the food industry

Slip rings are generally used to transmit electrical currents, signals or data from a stationary to a rotating platform. The Kubler SR060E slip ring available from Turck Canada has been developed with smooth, straight surfaces that enable easy cleaning, is rated IP64 and thus meets the requirements of the food industry.

Thanks to an innovative contact material, these slip rings from Turck Canada no longer have to be oiled, the company says, ensuring a service life of 100 million revolutions.

The slip ring measures 60 x 98 mm and is for up to 3 power and 2 signal transmissions.

It can be used as a pair starting from 60 mm shaft distance of sealing rollers.

Load current up to 20 A.
