See how the Trans Mountain Burnaby tunnel is being built

Trans Mountain’s existing right-of-way has connected Burnaby Terminal and Westridge Marine Terminal since 1954.
Over the years there has been a considerable amount of development in the area, so to minimize disruption to our neighbours and surrounding infrastructure, Trans Mountain will build a 2.6 kilometre tunnel connecting the two terminals as part of the Trans Mountain Expansion Project.
