JOHN BROOKS COMPANY LIMITED ACQUIRES THE ASSETS & OPERATIONS OF HURRICANE PUMP DISTRIBUTION INC.

Toronto, ON June 26, 2017 – John Brooks Company Limited, experts in pumps, spray nozzles, filtration equipment, valves, and custom engineered systems has acquired Hurricane Pump Distribution Inc.,
“This acquisition will create greater customer value through a broader product offering, additional solutions and technical expertise relevant to the Canadian Industrial Manufacturing and Processing Sectors”, said Gord Bell, President of John Brooks Company Limited.
Hurricane Pump Distribution Inc was founded in 2005, and has locations in Toronto and Montreal, where they are focused on serving the industrial and sanitary/hygienic markets with quality pumping and other assorted equipment.
