Expansion module extends capture of digital and analog events

Mike Edwards

Products analog digital Ecotherm instrument

The MOD 142 from Ecotherm is an input expansion module designed to operate in stand-alone mode (after being configured) or combined with a SITRAD supervisory system. It allows the expansion of the capacity of digital events (on/off) and analog values of temperature and pressure.

The Ecotherm instrument allows the monitoring and signaling of several events and quantities, such as: switches, thermal relays, circuit breakers, digital level sensors, high/low pressure switches; NTC temperature sensors; and, 4 to 20 mA pressure sensors.

The software is used to configure the instrument’s working parameters, which remains operating in standalone mode in case of loss of serial communication, without losing any sensory and control functions.

Each unit accepts up to two compressors, measures from 50 to 200°C and has four non-insulated 4-20 mA analog inputs for pressure sensors.

Product dimensions are 115 x 90 x 40 mm (WxHxD).
