Modular analog positioner competes with digital models

The V200 analog positioner from Valve Accessories & Controls is a compact, modular positioner that can be used in place of many digital positioners. With over 1,000 mounting kits available and designed by VAC, replacing a “smart”, digital positioner with a VAC V200 is possible on linear, rotary, spring-return, and double acting actuators.

The accuracy of this VAC positioner competes with many digital positioners on the market, and in fact can be used in a HART loop.

The V200 utilizes the 4 to 20 mA signal to modulate the valve. The unit is said to offer digital positioner accuracy and maximum flexibility to meet a variety of positioner needs.
