Valve Accessories and Controls (VAC) positioners for controlling actuators in various flow control markets are available through Belletek Controls. The units from Belletek include the simple V100, versatile V200, the digital D400 and advanced digital D500.
The V100 positioner has a cast aluminum, polyester housing that is NEMA 4X rated, with stainless steel retained fasteners and a bottom plate that helps absorb vibration.
Calibration is via screwdriver slots in the span and zero ferrules, along with an external zero adjustment.
The all-in-one die cast aluminum housing NEMA 4X V200 positioner allows for an internal input, switches and a 4 to 20 mA transmitter.
Both Zero and Span calibration can be adjusted without removing the cover.
The digital D400 positioner is a microprocessor-based product where NEMA 4X is standard and IS and Ex products are available.
The product is stocked with Hart communication and a variety of accessories and mounting kits.
The NEMA 4X, IP65-rated D500 microprocessor based positioner features local push buttons and LCD display to operate a pneumatic actuator and/or control valve package to provide very fast, accurate, and consistent control with very low air consumption, the company says.
