Integrated infrared temperature sensors

The Thermalert 4.0 series of integrated infrared temperature sensors from Fluke Process Instruments are said to provide accurate temperature measurement for a wide variety of process control applications.

The Fluke Process Instruments pyrometers conform to Industry 4.0 standards, as well as combine digital technology and standard two-wire installation for all setups.

With various types of communications, the Thermalert 4.0 IR sensor with laser aiming operates with DataTemp Multidrop software tools needed to configure the sensors — then monitors temperatures on a real-time graphical display.

The bar graph feature shows temperature profiles across a web or at various spots along a process. Use the program to record and archive process temperatures.

High and low alarms are shown, making it easy to identify out of range conditions.
